Aron Demetz (1972), whose works have been showcased across prestigious venues both in Italy and abroad (from the Venice Biennale to the Shanghai Art Museum, the Archaeological Museum of Milan and the exhibition that saw him featured alongside the photographer Elliott Erwitt in Rome), presents an overview of his work of the past five years, gathered in the prestigious setting of the historical Villa Bottini and its beautiful garden, home to the former Cavallerizza Reale and the L.uC.CA Center for Contemporary Arts.

Demetz, heir of the centuries-old woodworking tradition of Selva di Valgardena, has been able to further this legacy with inexhaustible research on the use of materials such as silver leaf, marble and bronze, reinforced by experimentation and scientific knowledge of many natural materials (resins, fungi, etc.). The exhibition is curated by Luca Beatrice and Alessandro Romanini with the collaboration and catalogue production of the gallery Artribù.
